General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all supplies of spare parts and components made by SSP Services di Prabhjit Kaur (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to its customers.

The Seller operates exclusively in the B2B sector and only with technical service centers, installers, resellers, or professional operators in the sector.

No sales are made to private individuals or end consumers pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

2. Eligible customers

Only persons with a VAT number operating in the professional kitchen, professional laundry, or similar sectors may purchase the products, subject to registration and approval by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to:

refuse or cancel orders from unqualified parties;

request documentation certifying the professional activity carried out.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are spare parts and components for professional equipment.

The images, descriptions, and technical data on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The Seller is not liable for any minor differences or technical updates made by manufacturers.

It is the Customer's responsibility to verify:

the correct compatibility of the spare part;

the product code;

the model and version of the equipment.

4. Orders

Orders can be placed via:

website;

email;

other agreed channels.

The order is considered accepted only upon written confirmation by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent with its commercial policy.

5. Prices

All prices:

are expressed in Euro;

are exclusive of VAT;

do not include any transport, packaging, or ancillary costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the prices confirmed in the order shall prevail.

6. Terms of payment

The terms of payment are those agreed with the Customer and indicated in the order confirmation.

In the event of:

delayed payments;

insolvency, even partial;

the Seller may:

suspend current supplies;

cancel orders not yet processed;

apply interest on arrears in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2002.

 

7. Shipments and deliveries

Delivery terms are indicative and non-binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The goods travel:

at the Customer's risk, even if sold carriage paid;

via couriers chosen by the Seller, unless otherwise agreed.

Any damage or shortages must be reported in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery and communicated promptly to the Seller.

8. Returns and complaints

Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from the Seller.

Returns:

must concern goods that are intact, uninstalled, and in their original packaging;

may be subject to handling costs.

Returns of spare parts ordered at the Customer's specific request are not accepted, except for defects attributable to the product.

Any complaints must be communicated within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

As these are B2B sales, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers by the Consumer Code does not apply.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Italian law.

Any disputes shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Pordenone, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
